I'm looking for a place to buy bubble wrap and packing/shipping supplies in bulk.

Does anyone have the "best deal" for me? thanks!

Have you tried local office supply stores? I remember only needing to call around to like 2-3 places before buying enough packing peanuts to fill up a bmw 328.

EDIT: Shippers work too, but stay away from the fedex/ups type stores. They're ripoffs. I think I got a discount in exchange for a picture after we were done.

Hahaha--sounds good Kelvrick.

Yes, I'm checking CL right now to see what else I can get. I appreciate it--looks like ULine is the top dog right now.

Find a place that receives a lot of packages without sending them out, they'll trash tons of the stuff.

How much did it cost?

I just got a catalog from Uline the other day. There were a bunch of things in it that I never suspected they'd sell (and that I'll probably buy from them.)

I can't imagine what that would look like -- pic??

No pictures. This was years ago before everyone had a 5mp picture in their phone. It was also a very quick operation as it was his last day at work and we're in a parking garage. We didn't want to be seen dumping giant bag after bag of packing peanuts into someone's car.

Home Depot has really cheap boxes. Your favorite dollar store probably has tape.

beside Uline, there's also papermart.com; you get free shipping, but at the end prices are strategically comparable with Uline. Per unit wise, Uline is cheaper, but freight will kill ya. On the other hand, Papermart is similarly price after factoring in the free shipping.
