bigwords.com is a bot-site that checks prices on all of the major textbook retailers. Put in your order, and it will compute the best combination of books from the best combination of stores, taking into account current promotions and shipping prices.

no I haven't ever checked out addall. I'll be sure to do so when I order my books for this quarter though :)

I was looking on amazon.co.uk for some of the books I used last year... my GOD they had some kickass prices! even with the shipping factored in. I'll definitely order from them sometime...

Here are some sites that your g/f may find helpful. I used them and saved over $200 this semester!

1) CampusI.com
2) bestbookbuys.com
3) bookpool.com (technical books)
4) amazon.com
5) half.com
6) buy.com

Usually if you go to addall.com it will bring up some of these sites w/ good prices. Amazon has many beat alone.

1. go to university bookstore. buy your books.
2. go to addall.com. buy your books for 20 bucks cheaper.
3. use university bookstore books until addall books arrive (usually 2-4 weeks)
4. return bookstore books to bookstore. save lots of money.

this practice varies widely depending on your book needs, and your university return policies. worked for me, though.
