I'm in the market for a new suit with graduation coming up in a week and a half...:D (Go procrastination)

There's a Polo outlet and a Brooks Brothers outlet nearby...or anywhere else I could go people here can recommend? Or online?

I don't know anything about fashion or quality, but Men's Warehouse sure makes it easy. Pick a suit and while they alter it you walk 3 feet and pick a tie. Then walk more 3 feet and pick socks, shoes, cuffs, suspenders, etc.

If you want, they'll even pick it all for you and lay 5-6 options (jackets, shirts, ties) on a table so you see what you like. NO SHOPPING REQUIRED.

mens warehouse because of the resonsable prices and its a must to get a suit altered/tailored, it makes a big difference. The free alterations alone will save you 50 bucks on the jacket alone.

I got both of mine from the Brooks Brothers Outlet. They were much better than the dept. store suits for only about a hundred more.

AARGH. Apparently there was a 25% F&F coupon for Brooks Brothers that expired on the 2nd. Just found it on FW.

GAH.

I've been to Men's Wearhouse and their quality is . Budget is $500 (birthday present), but looking to spend less than that, if possible.

I've been looking at Banana Republic and J. Crew suiting as possibilities...but I'm wary of buying online on such short notice because sizes differ from place to place I've found, usually.

Suit measurements are usually based on your chest circumference and arm length, right?

Make a trip to Franklin Mills. Go to Off Fifth or Neiman Marcus Last Call. You will probably find a nice selection of quality suits in your price range.

From what I've seen, the quality of the clothing at the Men's Wearhouse is not that good at all.
