Yep there also a proprietary size so they don't fit in normal ATX cases, and there mounted on the bottom for some reason.

Check out nutrend.com and abspc.com and compare what you might find at dell. Keep in mind that dell uses proprietary parts that arent compatible w/ 3rd party standards, so you will only be able to get certain upgrades from dell and noone else. Happy shopping!
