Best place to book travel?

i've used orbitz for a few things.

i went to chicago in may for 4 nights, booked the flights and hotel via orbitz and had no issues.
 
Im guessing it depends on where you are trying to go, how long you are going to stay, and what services you need while you are there.
 
Italy one week place called brindisi no accommodations needed besides range rover rental.
