I like Blimpies. If Quiznos wasn't so damn expensive, they might be up there. Personally, I like a place called Toasties in NYC the best.

Are they a chain shop Doggiedog? 😕

Not really. They are a deli chain in NYC. I know of two of them in the city. The one I go to is on Maidenlane.

subway food is decent at best, but the service there is consistently CRAP-ASS. holds true for every one i have ever been in.

never been to togo's gonna have to go with quiznos on this one

My current thing is a regular Steakhouse Beef Dip and a cup of soup, plus a drink. It's within a few cents of a 12" Subway and a drink.

I love the The spicy italian sandwich from Subway. 2 layers of salami and Pepperoni topped off with 4 slices of american cheese. Put a little mayo on there, some lettuce, tomatoes, and black olives, and you've almost got yourself a sandwich. Next, have them cover the sandwich in salt and pepper, then spray some oil and vinegar over the top, wrap it up and there's dinner. I think we can all give thanks for a sandwich that good. mmmmm mmmmm

Togo's seems to make the most filling sandwiches, but Quiznos also has good stuff. I also like a chain called Port of Subs that's in western states.

Never heard of Togo's... probably not in my part of the Midwest...

My favorites, in order:
Quiznos
Bellacinos (local place)
Pot Belly's

.
Subway
.
.
Panera
.
.
Blimpie

I chose only these four because I think in terms of size and how many chains they have, they are the top that are dominating in the USA. And thus not the smaller local ones, even though they are sometimes better. 🙂

Last time I had TOGO's was like over 10 years ago in CA. It was fantastic. I don't know how they are now though.

Subway has a distinct flavor no matter what I get, But I like it. They are also reasonably priced.

Quizno's
has cute commercials, but I absolutely hate there subs, and they are over-priced.

I never ate at Blimpie, therefore I cannot express an opinion.
