Best place for brunch in Las Vegas on the Strip?

Mirage Mirage Mirage!

They redid their buffet recently, and it's the most incredible thing I've ever seen. They've got pretty much whatever you want, from sushi to pizza to prime rib to pancakes.

The Bellagio is too uptight, and the food I had there was no better than at the Mirage.

Bally's has the best sunday brunch I've ever had. A bit pricey (came to around $70 when all was said and done), but well worth it if you like fresh lobster and all kinds of carved meats. Champange too.

I've been to most all the major hotels for dinner and Paris Hotel is my fav for breakfast, brunch or dinner.

I think the Paris breakfast buffet was around $15 - and I HIGHLY recommend it. Check out ratelasvegas.com for lots of user reviews of it and other buffets.

We're staying at TI this trip and Venetian in July. Stayed at Mirage in January this year. (Can you tell I like center strip? )

As for nightlife - I'm going for a bachelor party. I've never even met the lucky bachelor but one of my friends invited me and I couldn't pass it up! We're seeing Damon Wayons (stand up) one night at the LV Hilton and will probably spend a decent amount of time gambling (obviously) and out at clubs.
