HAHA So let me get this right? You ordered one Pizza but ended up having to buy three? And thats a good deal how? I guess your not a buisness major hun?
 
this is sickening .. gplanet, i hope one day you'll end up delivering pizza as a part time job, then you'll know that you are such a dumbass to treat that pizza delivery guy like that.
 
you're all missing the point! it wasn't just a normal pizza delivery guy. the manager was the one who made the delivery, the guy who wouldn't send me the right pizza.

then he made me feel bad he was like "we made these so good just for you"
 


<< Tonight I call up Gumby's Pizza and order a large 2 topping pizza. The pizza comes, and I take it back to my dorm and open it up...wrong pizza. I call them back up and they say they'll send out a new pizza asap. So everyone is like wooohoo a free pizza, and we start eating the first one. Then they call back and say they won't give me a free pizza, because they don't know for sure if I got the wrong pizza. I argue with them about how the customer should be right and if they want my business, send out the right pizza. They still refuse.

That's when I get an idea. I say, "ok fine. i want 2 more pizzas then, i'll pay". The guy comes, I take the pizzas, drop them, stomp on them and hand him a note that says "f-ck with your customers, and we'll f-ck with you" then I walk inside. As I'm walking away the guy yells "HEY..YOU JUST GOT KICKED OUT OF COLLEGE!" 30 minutes later 2 cops come in along with the pizza guy and we have a little discussion. The guy says it comes out of his own pocket and he just wants me to pay for it. Since the cops were there I say Ok fine, and I pay for it and take my crushed pizzas. I think I made my point anyway 🙂 The guy got delayed like an hour and all the other pizzas were ruined.

Hopefully that'll be the last time that pizza place tries to screw us over! >>



that story sucked and if i was the delivery guy, i would have kicked your a$$.

Stupid story. I worked Pizza Hut a couple years..man some driver vindictive. You do get to know who sucks and who is cool. Plus computer system has a little space to write special notes. I could tell ya I will never be rude to any food service person.

That's a pretty crappy pizza story. You're lucky the guy didn't get all pissed off and attack you, or shoot you or something. The replies to this thread are funnier than the story. 😀

You, Sir, are an idiot! From my days of moonlighting as a driver and a Little Caesar's Pizza Mgr, the $$$ I would lose from idiots like you would be all made up in satisfaction from when the cops showed back and forced you to pay.
 
Man, as a delivery driver for Papa John's, I think I would of beat the sh!t out of you. Remember, this is the managers problems, not the drivers. You just took it out on the wrong person.

I hate pizza delivery people. One time I ordered a wet burrio with delivery from a pizza place . I was watching a movie and didn't feel like going down to the plase even though it was like two blocks away. Delivery was also only a dollar so I didn't think it was that big a deal. The food was like $4 something and when the guy got there I handed him a $10 bill. He started to walk away and I was like where the hell is my change, anf he was like its my tip and then he got in his car and left. I was all pissed and have hated pizza deliver people ever since.

Everyone that keeps saying this in the thread can't read well... he said in a way early post that the manager delivered the 2nd order of pizzas personally...

He was still a rude jerk though. Should've just stopped eating the pizza so they could see that they got it wrong...

 
If the manager was any good he could have looked at the original order, checked the "wrong pizza" and given him that one for free if it was in fact wrong. That happens all of the time. Since they ate the pizza there wasnt a whole lot he could do except give out a free pizza or two and maybe get ripped off.
 
Oh, I worked at a burger king before for like 8 months. Most of the mistakes are made by the person delivering the food to the customer, grabbing the wrong wopper for example.
 
well fast food like bk doesn't have tips involved or else the mistakes might be less. not that i've experienced said mistakes b4.. if someone forgets a drink, its pretty damn obvious right then and there. generally the mistakes are in the customers favor, i ussually get supersized meals by accident😛 fast food workers are more like clerks at the local target then waiters or pizza delivery men.
