Corsair value select seems to work fine for me at stock ddr 400 timings.

There are tons of choices for 1GB setups.

If you want 2GB, it's hard to beat the OCZ Dual Channel Platinum 2GB Kit at stock speeds.

Ouch, that's pricey RAM, and IIRC, Anand did a test not all that long ago that showed it's generally not going to show much performance improvement over budget RAM. Maybe I'll stick with Corsair Value Select...
