I'm not sure you're definition of mass produced, the F430 Scuderia is definitely not.
If you're going to go with production-boutique and disregard everything that is not performance numbers and road legality(comfort, price, livability, etc), Dodge Viper ACR.
If you factor in only performance and not road legal status, probably Caparo T1 (Around TG track, 2.2 sec faster than Ultima 720 [2nd fastest], 6.5s faster than Gumpert Apollo S [#3]) and those numbers arent even for the Extreme model, just the vanilla Caparo T1 ("only" 1000hp/metric tonne).
Evo magazine also tested a lot of cars at Bedford Autodrome West Circuit and the T1 beat #2 Gumpert Apollo S by 8.6s.
"Mass produced as in more than 4k a year(which is just over 11 a day), probably Corvette Z06, 911 Turbo or Lamborghini LP560-4 (The GTR having a production run of only 2400 for 2009, the F430 being slower than a LP560-4 and Scuderia no where near the 4k mark, ditto for 911 GT2, Murcielago, etc)
