Best perf. silent GPU for ~$100 - 7600GS?

Looking for a silent GPU to stick in a basic PC (not a dedicated gaming rig) that's around $100. 7600GS eVGA silent edition looks like the winner right now at $115. Anything else outperform it for the price but is also silently-cooled? Any ATi offerings worth considering?

WinXP-based PC will be used mostly for basic usage - web browsing, document creation, video watching, possibly occasional 3D apps/games.
