Looking for opinions on a PDF Editor. It doesn't have to be free....just easy to use and decent. I was going to go with just plain old Acrobat Pro but now it's subscription based. Not sure I want to pay a monthly fee...I would like to just buy it once and call it good.

Has anyone tried Foxit Phantom PDF?

Can't seem to find Acrobat XI Pro for sale anywhere except for some sites that may or may no be shady. I do have a copy of Acrobat 7 Pro with the legit code ... Good thing I really do not need the crap Adobe is currently selling. I have no need for the DC version or to pay a Monthly Fee to use a program. Would rather pay once to buy it. Adobe should listen to the customers and offer both methods, as they will lose business.

You can get the real correct Adobe Acrobat XI Pro installer from here (you will need a license key to use it)

I use this, it has the best UI and the license is a one time fee only, unless you wanna pay for the maintenance plan which includes future upgrades which are rare to be honest: https://www.tracker-software.com/product/downloads
