Best PCI (non express) Video Card?

All PCI cards are going to be pretty bad... I would probably just get a 5200. It is a bit cheaper and you really won't get any major gains with the 5700. If you are not gaming or doing any graphics intensive stuff, the graphics really isn't important and I would just keep the onboard.
 
don't worry too much about a good videocard, because this board is not going to do any good gaming. (probably a really good web/file/gaming server it will be however!)
the videocard people only use for setting the system up in these board based pc's.

besides, remember to not confuse pci-express with pci-x and pci normal (33mhz)
