Best PCI (non express) Video Card?

Jaton nVIDIA GeForceFX 5700LE VIDEO-248PCI-DVI?

I'm thinking of building a computer off an awesome server board for a dirt cheap price (to use my 15k SCSI drives in RAID 5), but without any video card better than this, I'll scratch this idea. Anyway, how bad is this card?

All PCI cards are going to be pretty bad... I would probably just get a 5200. It is a bit cheaper and you really won't get any major gains with the 5700. If you are not gaming or doing any graphics intensive stuff, the graphics really isn't important and I would just keep the onboard.

don't worry too much about a good videocard, because this board is not going to do any good gaming. (probably a really good web/file/gaming server it will be however!)
the videocard people only use for setting the system up in these board based pc's.

besides, remember to not confuse pci-express with pci-x and pci normal (33mhz)
