Best painting method/ window mounting

I plan on modding my case pretty soon, already cut the window on top, can see into the floppy drive, but anyways, I wanted to know what some of you have used for a painting method. I want this to look as professional as possible, as it will be the last case for a while, Addtronics 6980A, and i want it to look nice. Oh, and if anyone knows a good method for mounting a custome window that will match the rectange window i will be getting from Newegg . Any help is appreciated.
