best P4 HSF?

My 2.0A is running pretty hot right now and I was wondering what would be the best HSF for it, because right now its running pretty hot even at stock speeds, im looking at the thermal right AX-478, will that be ok?

I use the Thermaltake Volcano 7+ and AS3, and I do not overclock. At the median setting (4800 RPM) I idle around 24C - 28C depending on the ambient air temperature. At full Load I never go above 34C. By the way, it would help if we knew your temps.
 
my load temps are very high, about 55C.

is the V7+ hard to install?
is it like a snap on one like the Thermal Right
