Best P4 heatsink/fan?

Do I really need anything more than the stock heatsink/fan?

I do intend to overclock.

If so, what do you recommend.

I'm more concerned with low temps than silence, but silence is nice.

The Zalman CNPS 7000A Alcu is really quiet and performs much better than stock. Downside is that its ~$35.

Zalman 7000cu or Alu Cu. Totally freaking awesome. My full copper one is just incredible at keeping my temps down, and its nearly silent, even in full fan mode. Check out the reviews, they speak for themselves.
