hello i am intersted in updating my pos dell board for a nice socket 423 p4 (chipset 850)

i have seen the abit th7-r, and it seems nice...am i correct??
also i have seen this vis ddr p4 board

i have a 1.5 p4, how high do you think i go with this chip? (fans are not an issue, they can and will be added)
