I just got my Gigabyte P35-DS3L, which was $95 or so at newegg. OC's are pretty good with it, configurability for OC'ing is superb, I really couldn't ask for more. I've heard reports of people pushing the FSB on this thing upwards of 500mhz, which sounds freaking insane to me. Running (mostly) stable at 340x9 for me, with my current limitations being ram and cooling (I use stock).

A cheaper alternative is the Abit IP35-E. Very stable board up to 500MHz FSB. Has excellent on-board fan speed control. $70 AR at MWAVE. There's a long review/post @ MB forum.

I ended up buying the abit IP35 Pro since I had the budget for it, thanks for the suggestions. It was actualy hard finding this board in stock right now to be honest, the most well known sites like newegg.com had it sold out.

it's very popular - I think that abit are doing nicely out of the IP35 series which hopefully augurs well for the future.
