I use Prime95 25.6 (32-bit) for my primary testing tool for 32-bit systems. I'm just wondering what is the best testing tool for 64-bit? Is there an optimized Prime95 64-bit version? I seem to recall that the new OCCT 3.0 has a 64-bit option for the Linpack testing.

P95 64-bit, yes
LinX (does both 32 & 64)
IntelBurnTest (does both 32 & 64)
HCI Memtest (for RAM/NB)

Those are what i rely on.
