Best Overall MOBO for Athlon XP is...?

Im building a new system, and want to get the best possible MOBO out there. I have a Radeon 8500 that I will be using as my video card. Extra USB slots are not a necesity as I have a USB HUB. Currently I have 3 physical harddrives, its a long story, that equal 73gb of data. There all pretty close to being full, and I was thinking of buying 1 Western Digital 80gigger to put in this new system. Would I need RAID for this? I will be using WIndows XP and Athlon XP 1800. Id like to do some minor OC'ing on this card, so Id also need a MOBO with a highly customizable BIOS for the FSB, and temps, etc. Whats the best for all this? I need to get some boards going through my head, since my birthday is coming up, and if I dont through out ideas now, I may never get the chance. Please help. Thanks!

i would probably take the soyo dragon+ (its got onboard raid, onboard lan, high quality 6 channel sound, good overclocking features)

the dragon+ is based on the kt266a chipset, with the kt333 chipset boards just coming out they are a little newer/faster, but i dont know of any that have all the features of the soyo board

after typing that i ran a quick search and found the Gigabyte GA-7VRXP its got most of the same features of the dragon+ but its based on the newer kt333 chipset, ive not read any reviews of it, and i dont know what kind of overclocking features it has

you can find those boards at www.newegg.com

I'm pretty happy with my Gigabyte.

Speed solution:

GA-7VRXP

No mention of the bioStar M7VIF kt 333 here yet..newegg's been selling a bunch of them. Any body built a M7VIF box yet??

I love my A7V266-E board, it has everything you could want on it. The A7V333 might be a better choice now though.

Shuttle is releasing a version 2 for their AK35 GTR. But this time bundled with the KT333 chipset. Comes with your usual promise ATA133 raid/ 4 DDR dimms / 1AGP(4x) / 6 PCI / Cmedia 6ch sound.
