OSX is a great OS. Yes I know that it is "Mac only" but it is truely a sight. Not only is it a BSD core but the GUI is tops. Not even XP can come close to that wonder 🙂
 
Windows XP Home. Decent Price, the stability and reliability of WIndows 2000, but better app and hardware compatibility.
