The Terminator (the original). When Arnold first meets up with the street punks. "Wash day, nothing clean?" Well, I guess it wasn't much of a fight, but I like his style. 😉
 
For me, the fistfight between Rowdy Roddy Piper and Keith David in "They Live" is classic. More recently, I loved the fight between the Landlord and Landlady, and the World's Greatest Killer in "Kung Fu Hustle."

The true measure of success is emulation. South Park's cripple fight (already mentioned) was a spoof of this scene.

Yep, that is the most brutally realistic street fight on screen. Nothing fancy, just straightup brawl.

If I remember correctly, a lot of that fight was improvised by the two actors.

I came to post the fight seen in a James Bond movie. I don't remember which one but Sean Connery fights a dude in a cramped cabin on a train. Really fast and brutal.

I believe you're talking about "From Russia With Love" - there is some kind of big blonde Russian underling of female baddy Rosa Klebb who mixes it up with JB on a train.
 
We have multiple mentions of Family Guy and South Park when the thread clearly states best On Screen MOVIE Fight. Neither of those are movies (yes I know there was a South Park movie but the cripple fight was in an episode)

Now if we mean gun fight, had to be from Equilibrium.

Sword Fight ..... I think I'll go with Ramirez/Kurgan in highlander.

Fist fight, They Live all the way.

Martial arts fight, Turtles vs Shredder in TMNT the movie!! lol
 
the fight in the movie 'They Live' between Roddy Piper and keith david where he is trying to make him put on the glasses....

man i felt exhausted just watching them fight until they could barely stand up
