Best of both quiet and cooling cases?

I've had my Antec Lanboy for a long time now and think it's time to upgrade to something new. I'm looking for something in a similar size (mid-full tower) that is both quiet and provides good cooling. I was looking at some of the recently popular cases from Antec. The 900/300 P180/182, sound good for cooling with all the fans and such but I haven't found much info about the noise dampening of them. The Sonata Elite sounds good for noise reduction, but seems to not have good airflow through the case since the front is blocked off from the back. Is there any case that kind of fits everything? Also it seemed like everything was steel and not aluminum anymore.. maybe I've been out of the case market for too long :T
 
P182 seems to be the obvious choice. It's amazingly hard to find a case that quiet with good airflow considering the vast amount of case manufacturers around.
