Just a note worth mentioning.

"Tylenol PM" is a combination of Acetaminophen with Diphenhydramine.
Benedryl is just Diphenhydramine.

Any plain generic Benedryl will be just as effective as the brand name Benedryl.

I anti-recommend "Tylenol PM" because it has Acetaminophen in it and you mentioned that you sometimes drink. Acetaminophen combined with alcohol can damage/kill your liver.

EDIT: And for the record, I'm not a doctor, what I've said is just plain common sense.

I take doxylamine succinate fairly regularly, either in pill (cheap at costco...can't remember brand name) or Nyquil form.

And earplugs.

Melantonin.

I take it too sometimes, but in liquid form. It is absorbed more quickley in your system. Each eyedropper is 1mg and I take 3 mgs ususally. It make the hair grow in my ears and nose like weeds though.

WTF? I've been taking it for years (in pill form) and it's never done that. You sure it's not naturally growing like that?

Maybe it would have grown like that anyway. When I stop taking it for a while, the hairs don't grow as much. Then when I start again, they grow like crazy. It probably depends on the individual.
