Best Nforce 4 Motherboard or ANY A64 939 PCI-E for that matter!

I want to know which board is the best board for me... here is my predicament:

I have the following:

MSI K8N Neo 2 platinum
3000+ @ 275 FSB x 9 (2.47 GHZ)
2x512 Ballistix PC3200 @ 183MHZ (2/3 ratio) 2-4-4-10
Enermax 420W Noisetaker
HTT 3x / Stock CPU voltage
Geforce 4 TI4600

As you can see, my system is Okay by today's standards... Except for the Video card which is 4 years old. So, I ordered an X800XL for $222 after Dealcatcher coupons from ATI (still havent recieved it). But it is PCI-E... I don't need SLI (but would be nice for the option maybe later).

So, I am going to replace my motherboard, but I need to know what you guys think. I think the K8N Neo 2 is a good board, I had the AV8, and am open to other chipsets. I want to overclock, and I don't necessarily NEED SLI.

Here are some of my top picks, in order of what I heard is best:

DFI Nforce 4 Ultra/SLI
ASUS A8N SLI Deluxe
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI diamond
Gigabyte Nforce 4
ABit K8T890 Pro (via)

or wait for Radeon Xpress chipset...

What do you guys think is the best Athlon 64 motherboard for my needs?

dunno where you heard asus a8n is the best but id stay away from that.

either dfi or msi id say.
