People like that are made by allowing themselves to hate someone else so much that it's ok to do something like that to them and seeing those they hate as less than human.There's so much hate in that region,there will be ethnic trouble for decades or centuries to come.The only time there's been peace is when someone bigger and stronger has ruled and promised acts of reprisal for acts of aggression.
