Best Netcam?

I think the topic pretty much puts the nail on the head.... I am wanting to get a Netcam and want to get a good one. Thanks for any help!

In my experience Intel and Logitech are the only ones that offer decent low cost solutions. They have the best picture quality and smoothest video. Occassionally you can find the Intel PC Camera Pro for around $40 after MIRs at Circuit City, which is a great deal since they usually run $70-100.
