Best Muscle Car thread...

OMG!!! :Q
even before i came into the thread i was going to say that is my absolute favorite muscle car.. no chevy or ford guy can deny that Dodge made incredible muscle cars.. perhaps overall the best lineup.. at least IMO they are the best full lineup of muscle cars...

1970 Dodge Charger Daytona / Plymouth SuperBird :Q
1970 Dodge Charger R/T :Q
1970 Dodge Challenger R/T :Q
1971 Plymouth GTX 440-6 :Q
1969 Super Bee HEMI :Q
1963 Polara Max Wedge :Q (first REAL kick ass Dodge drag car - not sure of the actual first year of the car though)

man, I wish I could think of all the other KICK ASS models.. i love muscle cars soo much, i want one.... if there is one Non-Dodge i would get, it would have to be a 1967 427 Corvette Stingray. - probably the most sought after muscle car ever, with a FEW exceptions (GT-500, HEMICUDA)

Man, I wish I was growing up in the 60's!

I'm surprised the name Chevelle hasn't been mentioned yet. I'm quite partial to the Olds 442 though. I guess I don't really have a favorite as I like most musclecars.

I am really suprised to se that some of the best haven't been mentioned
Camaro
El camino
Nova
GTO
Malibu
And don't foget the AMX/Javelin(hideous cars but they had muscle)

That Boss is nice...

I wish they would go back to tough production cars for NASCAR...
it might be a half way decent sport then...

Whats the deal with the family sport sedans that have nothing in common with their street versions?

I love the 69 Charger, of the same 426 Fame.

I like the 67 GT500 as well....(not becuase of Gone In 60 Seconds, that move in an insult to that car).

But I think the 69 Charger with Hemi takes it.
The 70 Hemi Cuda is a great choice to though.

OMG, I have always LOVED the 1966 Ford Mustang GT350H (H is for Hertz rent-a-car!!)

I found this one, and it has the most amazing engine compartment of any car I have EVER seen. :Q
