I have a massive music collection and would like to purchase a mp3 player to get rid of some the clutter I have from all my CDs?

Can someone suggest to me the best mp3 players that are 30 gigabytes or more? I dont need one necessarily for video or photos but if it's a nice player........

Enlighten me please :s

The 60 GB iPod - Has a probably the best interface, aswell as a nice way to transfer music to it.
Toshiba Gigabeat - Supposed to be a very nice player, but bad way to transfer music...

Those are the only two I'd consider... I have a 60 gb black ipod video.

The iPod is probably your best bet here if you want ease-of-use and user-friendliness.

Depends. If all your music is in mp3 format, then an iPod is your best bet. If you have wma/flac/ogg etc., you might wanna check out something from iAudio or Creative.

i think you can buy an ipod PHOTO 60gig for under $300 refurb from overstock.

or you can just get a new HD and store mp3's in it.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get another hard drive instead? Just a suggestion, unless you're on the go a lot and want your music with you.
