Best Motherboard for s754 overclocking?

Im looking at 2 motherboards really, the MSI K8N Neo Platinum and the Abit KV8 PRO I would like to get the Abit as it has higher voltages, is there any reason I shouldnt get this board?
 
The Epox Ekda3-J is a nice board in the same price range. It also ships with a working PCI/AGP lock where the Abit needs a Beta BIOS to get this feature to work.
