Best motherboard for price under $100? (AMD, DDR)

I haven't kept up with computer stuff for some time now and I was wondering what is the best bang for the buck on a AMD motherboard that has DDR. I remember the EpoX 8KHA+ was very popular and I want to know if going with that motherboard is still a wise decision. Anything else worth looking at? Something I would not like to go with is the Shuttle AK31a... How is the AK35g? worth it? Also, ata133, usb2, etc... would be very nice as well. Thx.
 
If you are going to spend the whole 100 then the ak35 gtr is a good choice. but if you don't need the raid and the
and the extra sound. then the ak31 is going fo 25 cheeper which could go toward memory or video
