okay, i can re-lock my mortgage rate anytime within this next 70 days.

i probably got a good deal when i did initial 180-day lock last month.

anyways, any good website that has graphical rate tracker?

You must've paid a lot of points for a 180 day lock. I don't use a graphical rate tracker but I do subscribe to a daily e-mail mortgage commentary: http://www.mortgagecommentary.com/
