My asus pc3v4x crapped out so I am in the market yet again for a new MOBO. Should I stick with another pc3v4x or should I look for something that will accomodate me in the future? I beleive slot 1 is dead. Can any one reccomend a slot-1/pga combo board that will accept 133mhz ECC cl3 sdram 256 megs and higher and will accept newer Intel chips? I have a 650e right now so I need slot 1 but am getting an 800 soon thats a pga chip. I dont want to mess with rdram now because I hear nothing but bad things about them. Thanks in advance.
 
That board wont do. It doesnt support ECC and only a 512 meg limit. What I really need is a slot1/Socket MOBO that supports ECC mem over 512megs. Thanks anyway. The CNR interests me. Gotta look into that.
