If you want slot 1, I recommend the ASUS P3V4X or P3B-F.

If you want socket 370, the only choice is ASUS CUSL2.

All of these boards are fast, stable, are good quality and lots of overclocking options.

Tyan's are good quality boards but are not particularly designed for o'clocking. They're designed for users who want stability and reliability rather than a lot of tweaking adjustments. ASUS seems to have several very good boards these days aimed at o'clockers. See:
