Best Mobo for AMD64 3400+

Going to build a computer with an AMD64 3400+, don't plan on overclocking. Working on a budget of about 150. If someone could point me in the right direction of a good mobo, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You can get the DFI LanpartyUT for $100. Best socket 754 mobo imo..
