Best mobile processor CPU Fan?

Hey, i'm planning on ocing a mobile 2400+ soon, and i need to get a very good cpu cooler for $30 or less. i need the best i can get for the price? what do you guys recommend?
 
Get the best thermalright you can, and slap on a Panaflo.

I have a 2500+ barton with a SP-97, don't even need a fan. I have a 90mm fan on it running at 5V. Temp stays at 72 degrees F.
 
I like the Thermal Integration V77L for just about any application. For increased cooling, just slap on an 80mm fan w/ an adapter (SVC.com).

For the love of god dont buy a TT fan if its orange. I had one of those TT (smart and silent(!!!) volcano 9) fans and the noise is unbearable - there's a reason why it gives such low temps....
