Looking to switchout the E-350 I've got in my HTPC with a 2100T. I don't plan on running a dedicated GFX card. USB 3.0 & SATA3 is a must and I use a 60gb SSD as my OS drive. I'd like to keep the price as low as possible.

It isn't rocket science. Just fine a cheap ITX board with what you are looking for, and probably include HDMI in your list. Oh yeah, it is SATA 6Gbps, not SATA3 or SATA III (no matter what Newegg calls it).

So, you are looking for an H67 or Z68 chipset ITX motherboard (for SATA 6Gbps) with HDMI and USB 3.0.

cheapest with those features, even has Bluetooth in case you use a BT keyboard or something.

This motherboard costs more but is a higher end chipset, plus it comes with an MCE remote.
