Best method to enter Canada?

Drive to border. Approach border crossing. Wait in line. Proceed to border agent/immigration/customs. Present valid documentation. Proceed into Canada.

Ram a boat into the side. If any of the French ones try to stop you, just run straight at them. They only have peripheral vision.

Last two times that I went there for work, I got held up for about 20-30 min for questioning. I have no criminal record, but they sure did fuck with me for a while.
 
Take Canada out for a really nice dinner with a decent amount of wine, bring flowers and chocolate. Have stimulating conversation - keeping eye contact. At the end of the night, at Canada's door, whisper sweet nothings in Canada's ear. After that Canada will let you enter pretty much anywhere you want
