I have a Asus P5N-E SLI and I've been through 3 sets of memory with crashing problems. What should I buy where I can be sure of the quality?

You might want to start looking into a new mobo. And I won't be surprised those old 3 sets of ram are still good on other mobos.

Most likely, your crashing problem isn't memory. Sometimes I would suspect the mobo, but you're using Asus, so that ain't it either. So my next suspect is your PSU. Lack of any information at all means we can't be of any help.

With that said, HyperX is pretty good.

Slugbait, I've had Asus mobos start acting funny on me. I had to RMA one, in fact. I'd look into swapping the RAM out into another machine and running memtest.

Any name brands value line will work for you ie. Kingston, Corsair etc.

As mentioned above, i have doubts your memory is at fault, what are the rest of your system specs?

Three sets of memory crashing on the same mobo?!

Obviously those three kits weren't all bad, meaning either the mobo is ******, or more likely, you are setting the RAM settings/timings/voltage improperly.
