Best Memory for AMD X2

I currently have 2Gb of Corsair TWINX1024-3200LLPRO and I'm having some issues with one of the pairs. I'm thinking about buying new memory. I've read that some people beyond PC3200 and get PC4000 or PC4400 but better oc. Can you guys eleborate? and Recommend what would be the best memory to get.

Thanks

it's not really what's best for the X2 as much as its what's best for the mobo. what MB do you have and what kind of problems with the RAM?

edit: or rather... to double check since i missed it at first, are you using the Asus A8n-SLI Premium in your sig?

Well, if you get higher speed RAM you can typically OC it a bit more. You don't need to worry about tight timings very much, as it doesn't matter as much with that A64's and X2's. I would look at a nice set of OCZ or Mushkin. Alternatively, if you don't plan to heavily OC, look at getting some Corsair Value Select, it's a great deal for nice memory.

I would stick with Tight Timing memory. Maybe the Cheap 225 dollar patriot dual channel sticks at newegg. They might be good, Patriot says they are 2.5-2-3-5, but newegg says they are 3-3-3-5. Depends on who you beleive.
