try vmr7/9 renderless depending on what your vga supports up to. i cant comment on the speed but there is a DRAMATIC incresase in IQ.

And for audio players .....pass (havent got a clue)....so c'mon whats a good audio player (tried all WinAmp's and SORRY I NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS.

as of now, foobar2000 seems to be way ahead of the leauge. honorary mention goes to QCDplayer and Coolplayer.
