Best MB around $100 that has onboard Video

For Intel P4, Asus P4S533-MX, with video, 6.1 audio & Lan built-in to the motherboard. This noard is a 400/533 FSB and can handle a 3.06 CPU.

I have built a few pc's for friends using this inexpensive motherboard.

8RGA+ @ Newegg. It's $102 shipped free now. Note that since the graphics need a lot of bandwidth if you're doing gaming, dual channel is really recommended here (unless you do absolutely no gaming).

for AMD

so the 8rga is the best I just had one cause stability problems so I was going to RMA it, I was think about getting the asus a7n8x-vm or whatever its called

On board graphics sucks both ways for Intel/AMD, the Nforce 2 IGP is just marginally better, nothing beats a "dedicated" AGP solution with outs OWN RAM.

BTW...

AMD: Epox 8RGA+

or you could just be a normal person and buy an 80 buck gf4 ti4200. At worst its got nice image quality even grandma can appreciate.
