best matx motherboard for 800 fsb intel 775 cpu

Was away for quite a while - hello.

Need to know what is now considered the best matx motherboard for 800 fsb intel 775 cpu.

Stability is a key (HTPC). Can oc or do a pin mod (does not matter) ? looking for no more then 25% to be reliable.

Have 4x1GB 667 solid memory (CL4) want to reuse so 4x sockets needed.

Will use a low-profile gfx (nv8600) in PCIE and tv tuner in PCI plus wireless in PCI ? 2 PCI slots needed.

Good 6 ch sound is preferable to work nicely with Logitech Z 5500.

I?m not a fan of MSI?s products unfortunately and not at all sure I need G45 since will be using separate graphics.

Thinking in line of older G33 new G31/35 or maybe Q35 unsure of newer chipset limitations as to 4x double sided sticks of ram and ram overclockability in this case (want to run it 4-4-4-11/2.1V as it runs now). Pretty sure they can handle pin mod as long as it is IH7+ with any intel chipset.

Best i meant is v4m-wise. 3 years warranty is preferable. Asus/Gigabyte/Intel are on top of my list.

Hmm I would imagine the board listed would be fine I do prefer Gigabyte

I wish Newegg would ship over the pond. Same board here costs $115 ? do not ask.

Do you know if any/all of the new Intel chipsets can handle 800 to 1066 pin mod?

Also what are the G31/35 four DDR2 modules limitations ? i heard a few boards simply do not post with all slots occupied by double-sides sticks, let alone ocing.
