Best low-wattage PSU

What would be the best low-wattage PSU for a Llano setup? There will be no discrete card in the future.

Corsair CX430 V2 is known to be a good performer and it's not too expensive. It's only 80 Plus rated so you won't see very good efficiency at 100W and under - but at low wattage, efficiency hardly matters.

skytech.lt seems to have two CX430 V2's, one with -EU at the end of its product code. Seems to be the exact same product though.

Out of that list the ones I would consider are:

Antec EA-430D
Enermax Pro 82+II 385W
Fortron FSP350-60APN
Seasonic S12-II 380W

There are several brands in there that I wouldn't touch, as well as a number of brands I'm not familiar with so some decent units may (or may not) be missing from this list. Basically, I choose the lowest wattage units that had halfway decent efficiency and were not "crap."

Will probably take Seasonic, as it is 85% efficient (the peak!) at 25% load, and my system will be at 20-30%, so it's perfect.

The Seasonic costs 50% more than CX430... Not worth it when CX430http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story2&reid=239 still does 81.2% efficiency at 85W load. You won't see the Seasonic pay the difference back in a hundred years.

NC (US) IX (Canada in USA) has the Antec VP350 listed on sale, I have no idea how good, or not it might be.
