Best "low light" Webcam?

I've read lots of comments here on quality webcams, but I need to know which one has the best "low light" picture and performance. Seems people like the Philips ToUCam, Kodak, and Intel PC Pro. What about the Logitech quickcam Pro 3000?

Of all these, which has the best low light performance?

I personally thing best low light cam is 3com (higher end model).
they had review of webcam on tomshardware site while back..
