I don't really like boxing OR fighting games, but I've enjoyed the demo quite a bit. Doesn't hurt that the graphics are insane for a pre-release demo.

I think his assumption is plausible, at least from an artwork and probably graphics engine perspective. Its pretty easy to squeeze every last drop out of a game engine too when you know its only going to be used in one situation (to render a boxing ring). I mean, its not like the engine has to be good at rendering all kinds of different envirnoments.

Also, how many games did you make?
 
FN1 and FN2 for Xbox are both awesome games, but get very repetative after you play a career or 2.
