the HOTTEST women I have seen have been latina. But generally, especially every day people you actually meet, I find caucasians the most attractive.

There are amazingly beautiful people in (almost) every race. That being said, there are some races that I find MOST of the women are pretty ugly. I won't say which specifically, I don't want to offend any of them. 😛
 
Generally ... mixed are "most attractive" to me.

I'm Chinese-Canadian (wooo!) and my wife is mixed Russian/German background. Our 3 boys are more Chinese looking than Caucasian looking but it kind of depends on the day.

I told my wife she got with the winning team. haha.

Not just "Caucasians"... As Polish/Eastern Europeans and Brits are often hideous, but Caucasians of the Nordic variety win every time.
