Best liquid cooling for an 805?

K, so i'm having a huge problem overclocking my 805. I can hit decent speeds of 3.6ghz with my arctic freezer 7 pro, but i'm getting major TM1 throttling problems even at only 50% load and very high temps under load (63-65c). I can't even get above 3.3ghz without hitting some TM1 throttling. I'm guessing the temps are causing the TM1 throttling. I was hoping for around 3.9ghz or even hitting 4 if I were to move to water cooling, but I'm a complete newbie with this, as I have never dealt with water cooling in any way, shape or form. I read the Tomshardware article on the budget 4ghz setup, and I'm looking into the liquid kit they used. Here I'm not sure if this kit as EVERYTHING needed (cpu block, resevoir, and all that). I like the design because it's fully out of the case, as my Antec Sonata II is already pretty tight as it is. Would this be a good option for liquid cooling? Anyone have experience with this model? And also, what other models offer complete external liquid cooling? (besides that cheap gigabyte kit that falls apart). Thanx!!!!
