Why drink light beer? It makes no sense.

because its lighter tasting, has less alcohol, can drink it longer without gettig messed up, etc...

none of those things necessitate drinking light beer though!

That's like saying instead of enjoying some filet mignon, I'm gonna grab whatever the butcher sells cheapest and eat five pounds of it...

Light beer suck ass in the worst of ways (especially Coors Light/Bud Light)

I could think of much better things to drink if I was on a mission to get drunk

Budweiser Select is actually decent.

shame on you

I thought it was decent for the first few, but then it started to have a weird taste to me. It's pretty much a non beer drinker's beer. I don't plan on drinking it ever again.

Best light beer? The intense internal contradictions in this question could make my head explode if I didn't have this nice Young's Double Chocolate Stout to soothe my harried psyche. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!

I don't mind Miller Lite, in fact I prefer it over Budweiser and Coors.

What I don't understand is why there is a Miller Genuine Draft Lite, and a Miller Genuine Draft, but there is no plain Miller beer. Why make a lite beer if there is no... heavy beer?

As far as Light beer goes... I don't drink it usually, but I've had Blue light, and it's not too bad.

They tried miller beer a couple years ago. It was a complete flop.
